A summary of admissions requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited United States institution OR equivalent
- Grade point average of at least 3.0 in upper-division course work
- A satisfactory score on the TOEFL exam (international applicants only)
- Three letters of recommendation
- Personal statement
- Personal résumé
- Background in nutrition or related science and/or meet the prerequisite coursework for admissions: Biochemistry, Human Physiology and Introductory Nutrition

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the final deadline of the admissions cycle. Our program follow's the University's semester calendar, with classes offered three times a year.
